  • The Business agrees to cover the expense of the initiation fee for a specified number of their key personnel
  • These individuals then accept responsibility to pay monthly dues and related fees

MEMBERSHIP PROCEDURE
Our Board of Directors has the authority to extend invitations to join our Club and/or accept applications. Thank you in advance for your
consideration to join our membership family.
  • Trial Club Days and Non-Member Events may occur throughout each calendar year. Please inquire.
  • Prospective Member tours are available upon appointment with our Club Manager
The following terms apply for recipients of a Formal Invitation and/or Acceptance of Membership:
  • Oakwood receives payment by the Prospective Member of the stated initiation fee (relative to age of the billing member and category
    selected) within 30 days of the Formal Invitation Date.
  • Oakwood expects a membership that acts as owners
  • You accept the responsibility to honor the terms relating to payment of monthly dues, fees and minimum food and beverage purchases
  • Monthly Dues and Fees are billed for the month ahead; food & beverage bills are billed based upon usage for the previous month.
    Dining Minimum Fees are billed monthly should you fall short of the $40.00 monthly minimum
  • Accept the responsibility to sign all food and beverage chits as you use the Club
  • Please review our Club By-Laws and Club Policies
